Bullying and harassment

Just heard the news that a manager in Plymouth has just got off over 50 grievances of bullying and harassment,got it down to 15 serious then down to 3 and now all of them,UNBELIEVABLE This is the type of company Royal Mail are,and another office in Plymouth are going through the same thing as we speak,don't know whats going on down there but Dave and Terry you need to get yourselves down there the 50 guys and girls who have put their heads on the block are being hung out to dry they need your help. As for the bullying and harassment helpline in Sheffield don't bother its all a sham .Take care fellow colleagues in Plymouth your brothers and sisters are all with you.

dont go through rm procedures
bullying and harassment is a criminal offence
charge the bastards through police
only way to stand up to them
take it out of office

Would you suggest the Union give these guys and girls some proper legal representation as what i can gather its been pretty bad down there.
