So......after weeks and months of talk the re-pick finally started....
Numbers 1 and 2 in seniority have picked what they want.
Number three hasn't decided which walk they want and also want some other issues resolved before they pick.
So the whole process has now come to a crashing halt.
How long are they allowed to take to decide what walk they want before the next most senior can pick what they want?
Is there a time limit on procrastination?

Re-pick held up...
Had this at our office, it took nearly a week to get numero uno to get the whole thing going after phone calls, chats. We were then accused by them of harassment! It requires a great deal of patience!

We used this system for picking the leave this year .... it certainly helps to clear the log jams of indecision.scoobydo79 wrote:Tell Him He’s got 48 hours to choose or He will be bypassed.
Like all Wage Slaves, he had two crosses to bear: The people he worked for and the people he worked with! (Stephen Vizinczey.)
