Don't shoot me down but here goes, Does Christmas pressure usually start in November or are we being spun one from management in our office that no additional days off can be taken the last 2 weeks in November.

Depends on your office. Some seem to start the first full week of December, some start in late November. Most offices will have 4 full weeks of Christmas pressure.
