Anybody know what the sickness policy is i.e how to
Ring in and do you have to ring in everyday? Also anyone seen the letter they send to you in the post the first day after your sick?

You have to ring sickline & contact line mgr if possible. Please provide Name, Duty number, details of sickness or absence, Also it is wise to let them your expected return date if you can.
