You need to keep in mind the closures of MPUs which are going to have a knock-on affect on final dispatch times from MCs to DOs. The MCs will have the same number of machines (wouldn't put it past RM to also remove machines from MCs) but more batches to run

It should depend on the alternative hours, and whether it's deemed reasonable etc...so a window timeframe of say two hours, could be beneficial to some, so not unreasonable. However, a great difference of hours, early morning starts to afternoon or later would be deemed unreasonable. Any suggested shift times, should be a two way street, so if a suggested change in hours would result in difficulty for transport availability , child care issues etc...should be taken into account.
