Lol there happy to grab the big wages at the end of the month plus Rico is happy to give the managers a 5% two year pay deal and a grand bonus,
And then they say this crap were in tough financial situation.

Tell you what Rico give back the £5.8million you grabbed of Royal mail and take a pay cut from your £780,000 pay packet ,
Ricky McAulay you take a pay cut asswell and stop posting videos.

You want 140,000 people to not get a pay rise this year well lead by example then .

Spot on my friend,lead by example,which of course they haven’t a clue how to do,pure greed,and bark on about delivering together at pace! Ie rush round like loonies to get the job done in time,the rmtv propaganda roadshow rumbles on every week,a less picture of what’s really going on and how people feel,you won’t get!

We had this pile of offal rolled out to us this morning in WTL. Data capture however will open up a can of worms for them, especially if the favoured 'early starter' is paid only from the official start time until they actually finish or complete the 'ghost' o/t!

Even with the inner London extra, they can't recruit capable newcomers in my part of London at these wages.

No pay rise, better options elsewhere - maybe even a job with something called *promotion*.
