NO unless its in writing and signed by said management ( which it never will be)

Agree with leolion, would want it all in writing, signed by current DOM and reviewed regularly/upon change of DOM.
Some sort of mail security risk assessment would surely have to take place.

For 3, I would want paying - I know that households that have 'bag drops' around a local village
receive an annual payment from RM - not much, and they've all got the big green metal drop boxes on their premises
but I'd not want one of those monstrosities in my garden/yard.

If the 'bag drop' means in a shed or open porch I'm not sure the home insurers would cover
any loss of personal belongings if a burglar was tempted by the 'bag dropped' mail and then
decided to break into your property/took some of your own property as well.

Them green boxes haven't been used locally for years, they've long rusted away

Simple NO!!! , Why would you leave Specials overnight as they're next day delivery unless they are 739 items ? Same answer for van. As for your house as a pouch drop off , it's up to you , yes or no and possible your house insurance company.
