xmas bonus?

Does anyone know how the xmas bonus is being allocated this year? its usually £200 for full timers and pro rata for less than full time only thee definition of full time has changed with people on 35 hours considered to be full time and others on 38 hours?

In my time at RM there have always been two bonuses, each of £100. So £200 in total.

100 quid bonus and 100 (phantom shares money)= £200

Both the Xmas Supplement and Underpin payment are pro-rata for 'Full Time - 35 hour' employees, see LTB 667/19:

The Christmas pay supplement of £100 for full time OPG and OSGs, pro-rated for part
timers and 35-hour full timers (subject to the arrangements in Section 7) will be paid on
Friday, 20th December.

The separate payment of £100 (pro rata for PT and 35hr full time employees) agreed in the
National Joint Statement - New Incentive Arrangements June 2012
