On sick leave , management letter

Only off 2 days and I have received a letter requesting I attend an interview regarding my absence , which is hopefully short term , git cortisone injection to knee which as swollen up , I will not be attending , pay as been threatened to be stopped !!!!!!

Make contact and explain you can't attend and can they discuss over the phone, I think as long as you stick to the contact agreement etc they can't stop pay.

Tell them due to the nature of your illness/injury you will be unable to attend a meeting. However if they are so concerned for your welfare. They are welcome to pop round , ask they bring a Get Well card , some grapes and their certificates of medical qualifications. You'll not hear back from them for awhile.

Usual intimidating threatening letter.
Make contact with your manager, tell them that you are unable attend but invite them to your house for a meet.
Update them daily with your progress via text

As long that you remain in contact they have no reason to suspend wages
