Rota'd day off is New Years Day....

Provisional rota is up for Xmas and New Year.

My day off falls on New Years day.....is that just tough luck or would I get a day in lieu?

Day off in lieu or cash if you prefer

But get the day in leui or cash ASAP after New Years Day as Royal Mail have a tendency to 'forget' they owe you.
