I imagine this will be scuppered by our naughty (97.1%) behaviour?

Every year people say the same “bet we won’t get a bonus this year” there’s nothing to say we won’t

But if we go on strike during the 4 weeks before Christmas we will lose some of it.

I'm sure someone will come along with a link to the details,

See my post 26 Sep in the following thread (again a disclaimer - who knows if these same rules will be extant this year).

I'm not really sure that the £1000 that the managers are getting in December is a christmas bonus. Sounds more like a sweetener to me to keep them onside during IA.

Hmmm worrying about 200 quid when there is a genuine prospect of your job being gone. Sounds about right.

I could potentially be out of work for no good reason after Xmas if the company get away with their proposals, that's what matters, that's the priority surely?

Another person who wants a bonus for just doing their job.

You are paid for working an amount of hours per week, why should you get a bonus for that.

Just another person who wants something for nothing.

So why should managers get a £1000 bonus, just for doing their job?

I take it you refuse any bonus you are given! Better still why not accept it and give it to a local charity.
