ad hoc training allowances

If a non-workplace coach is asked to take a new entrant out on delivery, is he/she entitled to training allowance and if so how is it paid. Our managers are clueless on how to claim this on the PSP. So they claim.

yes you are is roughly a fiver a day and is paid through PSP - ask your person in charge of wages and they can sort it

Yeah by acting clueless they're hoping you'll just go away and give up asking,it can't be that hard and even if they genuinely don't know they could easily find out, lazy twats !

We get 3 hours a day training allowances
