Return to light duties advised by doctor
Only to walk for 1 hr
When asking office manager what would duty entail on return to work was told you will be doing your full shif
I would challenge your doctors
Ffs you couldn't make it up
Needless to say another docs line going in now

This helped a great deal, uncomfortable at first but after adjustment manage to keep it on all night.

Vionics inserts in work shoes/boots also helped. A bit pricy but long lasting.

Wearing slippers or some sort of support during time at home rounds off my efforts to keep it at bay.

Both products available at alternative suppliers.

Other alternative that works is the injection at the Doctors.
