If you can find somewhere that has full time vacancies and doesn't have any part time staff in that unit wanting to increase their contracted hours - then yes it should be possible.
If you had a particular skill (customer service qualification?) and there was a desperate shortage and nobody willing to be trained for that role then that would help your case.
