why should you leave early ?
Also being made to take a break, so youd rather work through it (and still finish at scheduled time) instead or get paid 40 min less per day ?
The fact we still get paid breaks is a luxury most other jobs do not have !

These really arent things to be moaning about these days, I could see a time when job & finish was rampant but nowadays the most that this should be realistically holding people up by is 20 minutes.

I can't really make out if you're telling us this as a good thing that management make you do this or if you're saying this is a bad thing.

never taken a break since 2nd deliveries were scrapped why should you take it in a van. unless they let me take it back in the office where travel would be 15 mins don't see a problem adding to the end of shift which would make your finish time 40 mins early never been a problem why now :arrrghhh

You have a 9-5 job paid £500 a week, they say you don't get paid for your breaks but,you are still getting £500 a week and are there from 9-5 so what's the difference between that and our job?

if you can find a like for like job for £500 with 9-5 hours and no weekends, id suggest you take it like a shot ! The 9-5 worker is also unlikely to be allowed to go home early on a consistent basis.
