Does anyone know if there might be a grievance raised for the following problem:
Employee wants a transfer from SE to SW and told management who advised (as I understand the correct procedure) to go through success factors.
Now they are 2 months from moving &DOM has already replaced with new starter when they leave but they have seen no Jobs on SF but have seen an ad for the job on a recruitment website but didn't know what to do & the job was gone before they tried to apply.
As a rep, all I could say was that this didn't sound right and I would look into it as a member has a legitimate concern in that he might go west jobless. Not getting any answers locally. Do any reps have advice on this one?

Did you get anything your end, the way I see it this would affect us big time if it was a regular thing.
Definitely needs to be looked at from higher up.
