Planning on leaving rm soon after 25 years. Couple of questions..
1 how much notice do I have to give, I'm paid weekly.
2 do I have to sell my shares?
Thanks.

Sell what shares you can and then give your dim written notice on saturday and say bye bye the following Saturday. Trust me best move you will ever make oh and if your still there when ballot comes out tick the yes box then leave. Good luck on your future pal

Delay till the 7th of October if you want 81 shares or you will lose them. One week should be good enough they will sell your shares that are in a sip the other shares are yours!
