5.00am starts?

Hi we have already been balloted to see if we wanted to go back to 5.00am as agreed in the deal. We asked why they were doing this when the ballot has not finished. The dom said that he wanted to get it in place in case, the vote was for 5am but the dom did not like it so he asked us again and it was still 5am----here it comes he still did not like it so he asked us again and has now said it is to hard to count and we will wait until the results of the ballot.

This is only one small part of the deal but they have already shown that we cannot trust them to stick to the deal. The real meaning of local level decisions is divide and rule. What all off us might reject will be pushed in 1 office at a time until only the strong like liverpool are left.

the area manager in the TN area (south east) has already stated that in this area no office will start before 6, no consultation, no negotiation . . . . . I suppose we should be grateful at least he's being honest about his complete disregard for our wishes

we have been ballotted in our office this week for 5am sat starts and its been voted out

not happy
