Based on a five day week
0-5 yrs 22.5 days
5-15 years 23.5days
15-20 years 26 days
20+years 30 days
It's all done on hours now so if you're full time multiply 38 by the number of days you would've been entitled to, as above that will tell you how many hours you have for leave for the year.

Is it just me that thinks the gap between 5 and 15 years service is stupid?97gaz wrote:Based on a five day weekgerardy wrote:Can someone please point me in the right direction to find out the leave entitlement versus length of service standards. Thanks in advance

Carry it forward to the next year to make a full day.Gasman11 wrote:How do you take half a days leave?
RM are so ******* penny pinching when it's on their end but anything owing to us in terms of excess hours of AL they are fairly flippant about it. For example I think I have about one and a half hours over. It's not feasible to book that really so maybe a better method would be when it's small amounts of time to just pay us the value in pounds to clear the decks.
