Would be very interested if anybody has any legal experience of pursuing a matter against a royal mail employee externally? cannot go into specifics as have been advised not to.
The only thing you could go outside is a contractual dispute as for the rest save it for the tribunal.

legal advice?

If you are a member of the Union, get your details together and research Unionline. Not sure if you can contact them direct, or if you have to go through the Union, but they are probably the best option. If not them ACAS or CAB are quite good for general advice on employment matters.

I went to ACAS and they told me to contact the CAB.

Some solicitors will give you 30 minutes free of charge.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Without going into details I have a serious issue with management. I have decided not to report it through official channels due to having absolutely no faith in the system.
Unfortunately in order for you to win any court/tribunals you are really making it really hard for yourself by NOT at least going through the motions of any grievance/ bullying/conduct procedures, even if we all know most of them are one sided right load of fecking pish a judge still likes to think you've tried to sort things out using the procedures your employer has in place.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.
