indeed I have, but I doubt I would get the votes in my office, only being in the job a short time and front runners ahead of me

Fresh faces can be quite a revelation in an office. Regardless of the relationship they have with the manager it's purely down to votes and if they are voted out then they are out, simple as.

Our office had this issue a few years ago when some people weren't happy with the rep. He wasn't in the Dom's pocket it was other issues.

To cut a long story short there was a challenge to the rep and the office had a ballot leading to a new rep.

There is a process, a CWU member in your office must put their name forward with a couple of CWU nominations backing them. Then a ballot will be organised via the CWU.
