stage advice please

Ok to set the scene early last year I was on a hybrid and wrote to my manager saying I was having to rush around like an idiot to try and make the collection and then drive around like an idiot to catch up, I was coming in early and finishing late and at this rate I was either going to be ill sacked or both.

nothing was none, except my hours got snipped several times during the year, and during xmas working I was prepping, delivering and collecting and still rushing like an idiot and on xmas eve got rushed into hospital for 4 days with AF. ( atrial fibrillation ) I had to have a cardio version and still receiving treatment

anyway whilst on rehab it was altered and I had to go in at 4am and sort trays, Yorks, and was walking 6 miles indoor before 7, quite simply more tiring than any round I've ever done, and by the time I went home around 11 I was shattered

of course I was ill again and went off for a couple of weeks

in may I had an attendance review 1

I received no minutes and heard nothing

last week or so working over in the heat ended up with me have 2 days and 1 day off, again with the same problem

yesterday I was handed unsealed paperwork for the stage 1 , issued and dated 24th may, complete with the minutes dated 22nd may. ( the day of the meeting ) with a sorry I forgot to give you this

today I get an invitation to stage 2

I can't help feeling that some sort of corruption is going on here
what should I do ?

There is rarely corruption but a lot of incompetence.
I would check to see if your medical condition is covered under the Equality Act.
If your absences were related to this condition then they should not be counted under the Attendance Procedure.

Your rep should be ALL over this bullshit.
