Been on holiday for last 4 weeks back on Monday!!!
Haven't seen anything about the 1 hour off???

Basically, royal mail don't want to give us the hour off.

But the union is ramping up the pressure to go to another strike ballot if royal mail don't cave. Same old story really, it's all a negotiation

I would rather the union do something about the new parcel strategy and B&H(Unsuitable managerial staff) than trying to get less time to get the job done.

Crazy attitude, do you not want to work less hours for the same money ?Getting the job done is not our problem it’s royal mails problem.
