What % of runs need to change to trigger a re-pick?

so people have cut up their own duties and now want to take over others who have probably been doing the job properly. I say they made their bed....

That is how it can look, I agree. The 'rules' might be on their side though when it comes to arguing 'this isn't the duty I signed for'. That's why I was wondering how many runs need to change significantly for it to force a re-pick.

What would be the point? Can’t the Duty holders who’s duties are unaffected by the changes have their duties excluded from the resign anyway?

It's a case of tough luck as those whose duties haven't changed (think it's no more than 30% of a change) can take their duties out of the repick

If the senior posties want a resign they will get a resign.

If the junior posties duties aren't changed then their entitled to take their duties out of the resign so what would be the point in the senior posties wanting a resign? A resign could give the DOM an opportunity to add more to every walk and axe a walk or two and save hours

As I understood it , if more than 30% of duties have changed there should be a re pick. If they have changed the duty your on then it's not the one you originally picked. Obviously this benefits seniority.

Never on a full resign the senior posties can pick what they want only ring fenced duties will be unavailable.

This.A guy in our office has done this to 3duties and is currently F ing up a 4th one

The correct rule is that if a duty has not had significant changes then the duty holder can insist it is not included in any resign....

Well ive been in the job long enough to know there are no rules ive been moved off of walks with no changes in fact our last resign was because a senior man left no changes to any walks.
