Does my annual leave go up and stuff I only ask here because you lot seem to know more than my managers or my dom thanks any other benefits you can point out will be gratefully acknowledged .

Nothing changes regards holiday entitlement, your hourly rate increases and you can fully join the RM pension with RM boosting your contributions.
You will have had a letter from the RM pension regards your new benefits. If you are off sick you get full pay after a years service, something a lot of people in my office seem to take advantage of.
Well done for getting through the first year.

After 5 years you’ll get an extra day holiday per year!
