Where can I find a poster or some kind of warning about rushing around?

They type of of thing I can print out and put on the notice board.

Got a few that can’t seem to understand it’s not a race.

It wasn't very long ago Royal mail wanted thier posties to walk at a speed of 4 miles an hour to speed up delivery times.

The 4 miles/hour is not and never was a delivery speed.
It was (and still is afaik) the speed pushing a High Capacity Trolley on the flat to the start of a delivery.
Hence a HCT duty should be no more than 1 mile from the delivery office (or 15 minutes at 4mph.)

Make your own notice, just write: Stop f**king rushing you utter tw*ts! Should get the message across. Don’t forget to laminate it.

Despite the fact that everyone knows that PDA actuals are being monitored we still have people at my DO coming in 2/3hrs early & finishing at midday. They avoid breaks & genuinely rush about the office like lunatics. Grown men acting like spoilt children,very odd behaviour

Rounds are ridiculous at my office. I have looked at what speeds I am doing whilst delivering (the mph is in the bottom right corner of the navigation screen). I was doing 4mph and got to 5mph at one point. Yet, I only manage to finish at end time or later and this is with no break but starting on time. I never take lapsing as there is no time on most of the rounds that I cover.
