Almost a month after the strikes our Dom has now started giving docket to clear the backlog
.Protracted has always been available to those who needed it,but this week he has started to put out 4x3 hour slots of sorting a day after our duties finish at 15.30 and a few slots at 5 hours on nights as well
.Today we had 2 walks tied up to be delivered at 6 hours each
,and 8 hour slots have been put on for sunday to prep and deliver a few of our walks that are in the s**t big time
.Why has this happened?
For the first time nearley ALL the office are Doing the job properly
,s**t loads of work has come in this week and we have a lot of people off sick
,even though we do a ten hour day we are a very busy office.Just wish they would have done this a few weeks back
,
it would have been so much better for all involved.
