Wear comfortable loose fitting fit for purpose non heavy material uniform,apply sun cream regularly,take plenty of breaks,drink plenty of fluids,keep in the shade,ideally don’t still be working in the hottest part of the day,don’t rush round in the heat,etc etc etc!,,,, oh and don’t make yourself late by doing all this!!DOH!!actually just suck it up buttercup!

It’s surely a health hazard to be working in such heat. RM couldn’t care less, they want you out there for as long as possible.

One of the slides on RMtv lists a number of steps for working in warm weather, one of which is taking breaks in the shade while out on delivery. I strongly encourage doing that instead of getting heat stroke trying to get your lapsing done.

AC in the vans would be a nice thought.... who doesn't have AC nowadays it's just bloody archaic!!
