Is there a shift allowance for starting between 5:00 - 5:30 called "early 2" or am i missunderstanding it ? i start at 5!!

Far as I know there are still shift allowances for working earlier in the morning. This is one of the main reasons for RM wanting to move the work hours later into the day. Forget the notion that it's easier to find people in to deliver parcels later in the afternoon. The fact has always been the earlier you can get out on delivery the more likely people will be in to accept items. Every postie knows this to be the case.
