Anyone got any favourite phrases etc that get said that infuriates management when things are messed up or not done properly from above?our one that’s often used is”that’s not a true reflection “or “sounds like that needs to be swept under the carpet”I’m sure there’s loads relevant to every office

ok Robert good one," not sure but when the mail is sufficiently busy , and there is lapsing the shouts off"" cant be a lapsing day" today ring over the office and the managers are all looking around , this statement ocassionally is true when the volume is so that the lapsing gets a no-no from colleagues that know they will be over time ,and the managers need to find some extra help with the delivery.

The best banter in our office is 2 guys who hang it out and gaffer has got actuals of them! Big red dot flashing. Now whole office shitting pants and lapsing going out. The unachievable delivery now achievable lol! Hang out and drag out having a few sleepless nights now

I loved the banter in our office,it was one of the best parts of the job,I worked hard, but I had never been so happy,or laughed so much in any job. Such a shame this was all ruined by the awful treatment dished out by lying, bullying managers.

Sometimes we sing "those shoes weren't made for walking" when managers have to do a duty.
But in a football reference, the favourite local song on Saturday is "Leeds are falling apart, again"

There was an irritating advert on our local radio station many many years ago, can't remember what the ad was for but the catchphrase in it was ''every day boss''.
Even now when ever the word lapsing is mentioned it's automatically responded to with a chorus of ''every day boss''
