To all true trade unionists in the U.K.
As you all know the battle to regain the branch ( N.I. NO ONE ) from the dictator B. HAYES has begun. This will be a long and costly one. As MARKY has said a paypal account has now been opened, if any of you good people agree with what we are doing PLEASE send us some cash so that we can take the fight to billy and co. Its not often i go cap in hand to anyone but this is a must, and the true trade unionists in N.I. DESERVE the right to get their branch back into local hands. Anybody who wants to find out what has been going on can either PM myself or MARKY AND GET THE TRUTH.

As im sure you realise we cant give the information you ask for on this site, as we dont want to give our hand away, AT PRESENT. All i can say is that we are going to fight the dictator on all fronts to regain OUR BRANCH. If you or anybody else want the info, PM marky, and im sure he will oblige. I'm only asking how you will use my money should I and others contribute, if it's a legal battle, you don't need contributions from any trade unionist as the CWU Union solicitors will pay for that,somehow I think this asking for money by you all is very disingenuous.

No its fair and above board AFAIK. The action is against CWU hierarchy as they close down NI Branch No 1 so unlikely that CWU would provide solicitors for the members, but might be worth trying legal aid. I will be donating a Â£5 or Â£10 as and when I can afford.

PS I am from Yorkshire so I don't have the full story but most of what I have said has been posted elsewhere on the forums,

As you state TBT you don't have the full story, nor I, however there is always 2 sides to a story, thats why I question the donations and its use.

ok bemused, so if you dont have the side of the story why are you trying to say that we are telling lies, or even worse, defrauding the members on this site, that is a serious accusation. If you have any proof of this, this is the place to have your say.
