Bagging up

What is the correct procedure?Some people in our office bag up the round they throw off,and some bag up the loops they deliver.My partner wants to bag up the round he throws off,but that leaves me with massive bundles and when it comes to delivery I have no idea what is in his bags!

Personally I like to bundle My own loops and let the partner bundle His.That also applies to lapsing.Safer to get Your own

That is what happens in my office and being a reserve it can be very frustrating depending who you are working with. Some guys in my office have door 2 doors in a separate bundle from the mail aswell which I think is a ridiculous way of working.

There's lots of glassbacks on here. I bagged up every one of my bags up and my friend who had a nervous breakdown for six months straight.

I was in two hours early every day (and got paid), just stop f*cking moaning and get the job done.

arghhhh the massive bundles....why the hell do people bundle up such huge piles of post? It makes no sense to me...

-Kills your arm.

-You can't get a full grip on it so anything on the top is slipping off.

-Try holding a massive bundle and putting post through any stiff letterbox....disaster waiting to happen....

-Putting the bundle down on a doorstep or on top of a bin while you try to find a package in your bag.....bundle topples over.

Have someone in our office that does not like using pouches and most of the time takes everything out of the pouch plus parcels and carries the whole lot

What? It's not possible, I refuse to believe it. Is he somehow juggling 10+ packets/parcels while posting a letter and scanning with his PDA? Does he have six arms? Does the Hindu god Kali work for Royal Mail?

And how does the elastic band get around it without snapping (some of the elastic bands are so s**t that the moment you try to stretch them even a tiny bit, they snap)?

Most people in our office bundle up and then put the mail/smaller parcels in trays. The term 'bagging' up does not apply. Larger parcels lined up in the back of the van in round order

Honestly I'm not lying, he would literally take all the mail out of a full pouch with parcels and carry the lot. In extreme circumstances he will take a pouch but dump the pouch somewhere once its gets to a point he can carry all of it again and go back for the pouch after.
