If you regularly do collections/schedules, does this x amount of time ever get added to your contract?
If so, how long do you need to be doing them ?

It's separate to the walk or duty you are already signed to and isn't added to your contract as such. Every so often a resign will happen on it and that will happen far more often than for the main duties.PktMule wrote:If you regularly do collections/schedules, does this x amount of time ever get added to your contract?

That leads to my next question will our holiday pay/ pensions ever be made equal to are average hours that we actually do?Celgar wrote:It's separate to the walk or duty you are already signed to and isn't added to your contract as such. I’m on a 24 and my average for the last 2 years is 31 hours and can go over 40 +, 5 years service.
Really making me think about employment elsewhere. It’s all bat s**t. Full times bagged up and leaving the DO, as I walk in to start to prep. I just want a level playing field. Seems to me that certain things go on favouritism and other go on service time - which I’m all for by the way. Beginning to lose interest as what’s the point. No duties ever come up always doing different duties every day/week. No incentive.

Sometimes going to the top helps see your office manager if no joy see your rep still if no joy take it to area rep.PktMule wrote:That leads to my next question will our holiday pay/ pensions ever be made equal to are average hours that we actually do?Celgar wrote:It's separate to the walk or duty you are already signed to and isn't added to your contract as such. What you need to do is ask your rep if the the collections/schedules can be part of hybrid duties rather than overtime.PktMule wrote:If you regularly do collections/schedules, does this x amount of time ever get added to your contract?

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
