As expected I recently resigned due to getting a new job and having been assured by the incompetent Dom my carry over holiday money would be paid the week after I leave. It hasn't. What now?

Same thing happened to me, the Dom ignored call's, text's, email's, & a letter.
HR need the information so they can pay & the Dom need's to inform the leaver's team with detail's which he hasn't. Never known a place like it any other job whether leave on bad or good term's just pay what's owed end of but not here for some reason. Is there a separate royal mail law !?
Go to Acas & like me take it to an employment tribunal if need be as i think he will ignore the early in conciliation which is currently in progress.
