Your rep does whether they know it or not. If your rep is shite, kick it upstairs. Our rep seems to have had minimal training and relies on us telling him what to do. And where do we find out what to do? Here and elsewhere online.

its almost like there accepting it as normal

I’ve since left RM with IHR, but my Dom informed me, my stress, depression, anxiety was nothing compared to how he felt having to sort the rotas out, I did not think he was impressed with my expletive laden reply!
