Re:
Yes you can do something about it, speak to your union rep,ask your manager for a HB1 form and Royal Mail also have a hotline you can ring where you can talk to someone about this. Bullying and Harrasment is a big big issue within the business and is something they are very keen to stamp out.drevil1969uk wrote:is there ever a case that you can make against collegues? if so can anyone directme the right way cos think its happening to me and would like to know what i can do about it

if you feel so strongely about taking a fellow member along those lines then they must be a reason are they on medician, if so your H&B will not hold, however firstly may i suggest in talking to the person involved and stating that if there remarks continue then they leave you no option but to report them under the individual grievance procedure

What happens?????
[/b]What happens if an employee wins a case of b@h against a manager or line manager, or vice versa? If the employee lost would they still have to work with the manager?

it was actually suggested in the Sawyer Report that a panel comprised of a indepedent abjudicator , CWU &RM would judge on these cases . Better than everyone out in the car park?disgruntledpostie1 wrote:Managers should not be allowed to sit in judgement of their own after all we can't have the union reps doing it, maybe there should be some sort of outside agency to investigate and interview B&H claims
