Night staff License/PDA's & Pin's

Night staff working on the CSS machines have been told to input details on a PDA whether they are a driver or non driver and receive a PIN.
What is that all about, never happened before & manager says it nothing to worry about. ANY IDEAS?

This sounds like the same thing we have done in our MC, is the standard procedure for all staff so driving licences can be checked if needed. If you're not a driver then it will just be the question "Do you drive for RM?"
If not then you just say no and thats it, not sure what the pin is for but you will need a pin to sign into the PDA.
