I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Anyone know what the "training" issue is? Best of luck to them!

It's got worse then - I only started 4 years ago and didn't even get any H&S - which I am sure is against the law.

Maybee if yous backed each other up, RM would do something about it. But they know that offices in the same postcode are not coming out in support. RM don't care when an office comes out as they can blame failures due to industrial action. They start to take notice when lots of offices walk, TOGETHER, and CWU makes sure other offices are not being paid docket to sort/deliver blacked mail.

Don't think it's allowed as i believe doing that gets classed as secondary industrial actionNavalron wrote:and CWU makes sure other offices are not being paid docket to sort/deliver blacked mail.

Spacephoenix, come on mate when has that ever stopped RM from breaking the rules. Driving loads of strike breakers/managers into offices claiming their doing OTHER work not normally done by the posties who are on the street.SpacePhoenix wrote:Don't think it's allowed as i believe doing that gets classed as secondary industrial actionNavalron wrote:and CWU makes sure other offices are not being paid docket to sort/deliver blacked mail.
