I messaged my local area secretary recently, and I am still to receive any reply. This is the first time I have tried to contact them so obviously have no idea of how responsive they are or should be. I'm only asking as I have been passed from pillar to post regarding something work related. Thanks people.

Last week was national conference so they were probably very busy. Hopefully, they will back in the office come tomorrow.
