What is the actual period that is covered by the weekly wage?

Monday to Sunday.....Tuesday to Monday etc?

Mon-Sunday
but bank holidays pay could be different.

I'm still unclear how the wages work, we receive payment Friday, so that means we get the Saturday in advance or it goes onto next weeks pay?

We are paid a week in arrears, you don't get paid in advance

You might be. Nobody else is.
Overtime is paid in arrears.
