Does anyone know what the following deduction on the left hand side under "Payments" on my payslip is?

PSE Adj RMDCP MIN -14.12

Any information appreciated.

Pension Salary Exchange Adj(ustment?) Royal Mail Defined Contribution Plan Min(imum?) - basically a payment into your pension plan.......
