Not sure about a chuckle, but anyway, here's some quick comments:

On pay - we're paying for the increase through flexibility etc;
Lump sums don't bring us towards average pay;
So much is dependent on bringing in flexibility etc - is this a price worth paying, expecially for people dependent on overtime who will see it disappear.

The working parites on flexibility are to oversee its introduction - effectively to work with management in telling us what they want. Remember the further 1.5% pay increase is dependent on 100% agreement to flexibility. Who decides whether its 100%? Guess.

Pensions are not really decoupled. Apart from management already insisting they're not, there already exists a joint statement saying that, during the consultation period, the CWU will support the changes (retirement at 65, reduction etc). We should be voting on that now, but since we aren't being given a separate vote we have to reject it along with the deal.

The stuff on monthly pay "not being decided" sounds good, but what's all the talk about having "successfully introduced it elsewhere". Sounds like rolling over to me.

"Decision on D2D postponed". Why are such issues continually postponed when RM's agenda is known. It should have been sorted out.

The stuff about "shifting the employer" is of course true. The question is has RM been shifted as much as was possible given the success of the strikes. I think not.
