Not sure what you mean as regards Pay as you'll be paid till the day you leave.
Leave is accrued throughout the year (Apr - Apr) so you won't have accrued much at all.
As regards Pension I am not an expert on them but I think the simple answer is: No. Certainly, Royal Mail won't continue paying into it.

The post above pretty much sums up your situation. You!ll be paid up untill the day you leave. If that is after May 6th ( and you work in England) it is likely YOU WILL OWE Royal Mail for 3 Bank Holidays which have been paid but not earned in totality ??? You will of course get any POAL refunded and if you have holidays from last year carried over pay in lieu of these.
Regarding the pension. Depending on how long you've been a member , it will either be frozen untill retirement age or there may be an option to transfer it to a personal or other pension (I think !) If you have only been a member for a few months then a lump sum pay out MAY also be an option, though I'm unsure about that.
You most certainly WILL NOT be allowed to continue paying into it. And all contributions fron Royal Mail will cease.
