Might help if you say what work you're applying for and then match the relevant skills and experience. However you can say you work in a fast paced environment so have to work quickly. You have to have an eye for detail so that the letters are put in the correct slot in frame and letterboxes. You have to be able to speak with customers. You have to plan your route to optimise efficiency. You have to be assertive but also flexible because the work has to be covered and whilst you prioritise your work you have to be able to help out in other areas. You can adapt to change, for example, suddenly being thrown onto a walk you don't know. Etc etc.

Integrity, honesty, reliable, hardworking, driving experience, customer service, problem solving, flexible(lapsing) ect ect. Depending on what job you go for tweak your CV to it. Also were you a PHG or coach or walk trainer. All these things matter, again depending on the job applied for.
