CWU Membership form - question

Hi Guys,

I have filled out this CWU Membership form... just got the bit about the CWU subscription fee where it says:

I authorise deduction of CWU subscriptions from my salary at a rate of £____ per week/month to be paid over to the CWU.....

What is the amount I need to put in the box?

It depends on the hours you’re contracted to if I remember rightly. I think I left mine blank and they just calculated it.

What is your contract hours.. if over 30 hours it will be £3-64 per week not sure what it is below 30 hour contract.

I’m on 25 hrs and it’s £2.27 p/w

30 hours opted out rate is £2.40 a week.
