I used to work Angard, i wonder why it is, why royal mail hire new employees when the existing angard staff hardly get work?
Also, I need to call Royal mail business customer services, however ther lines are closed for the weekend.
Im in the process of opening a credit account. credit check passed. however, i am unclear. they say i need to post 1000 items of mail a year, can this be letters? website says 20 parcels a week, but i dont send parcels. i have emailed the person dealing with me but as it is easter, i got no reply.
