To use the PDA actuals effectively we need everyone using proper equipment and don't start early.

Things that management dont police
Plus equipment is mandatory

Major problems with management's approach to PDA Actuals, those who book genuine overrun get scrutinised whilst plenty of people are not doing a full day's work and are not.

Personally I don't see any time savings to justify the drop to 38 hours let alone the planned drop to 37 hours. The delivery methods trials failed completely as we knew they would and the amount of items requiring a scan continues to increase. They have dropped the idea of delivering D2D items in sets as well which would have saved quite a bit of time and maybe enough for the remaining three lots of SWW. I would say any more SWW is dead in the water. Would be better if the union diverted their attention to more pressing problems.

I can’t see that happening unless we are FORCED to do the job properly by management. Which is highly unlikely as not doing the job properly works very well in RM’s favour.

It might have a chance in MCs but it's going to depend an a MC's arrival patterns
