If a individual misses work time learning. I.e because there on holiday or off sick. Who's responsibility is it to catch them up. The DOM or the work place coach?

If you're concerned then I think if you log in to myroyalmail.com you can watch some of the wtll videos, haven't tried it myself tbh I usually clear off to the bogs when they put them on at work !

It's up to the DOM on the procedure for informing these people of the information in the missed WTL session. If there's no procedure set it's the DOMs "fault"
It's possible for the DOM to allocate a workplace coach or manager to do the catch up session.
