Been given stage 1 attendance 1 month later after my return to work. Whats the timescale to issue you with stage 1 not sure .

Get your rep to argue that a month is not a REASONABLE amount of time in which to issue a stage IF this contributes to you getting a stage 3. Sadly there's no appeal procedure at stage 1 or 2.
