Going on work place coach course next week , anyone been on it , what’s it like etc

they explain how to show a new starter how to scan barcodes and you get a congratulations for getting an extra 30 quid (or whatever it is) a week for nothing.

If the WPC in your office isn't doing anything you have to ask your manager why. The ones in ours have loads put on them, and rightly so.

In my office, apart from taking out a new starter for a couple of days and "coaching" someone who's forgotten to scan a track, our WPCs don't seem to do much

Ours always seem to find something that needs doing whilst there is sorting to be done.
